3.1 Shipping

3.2 Shipping Rates

Ram Products is pleased to offer free standard ground shipping on qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

• Orders of $99.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts): Free standard ground shipping.
• Orders under $99.00: A flat shipping fee of $12.95 will be applied at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after any applicable discounts and before taxes.

3.3 Freight Shipments

Certain products require LTL or truck freight shipping.

Customers are responsible for:

• Inspecting shipments upon delivery
• Noting visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt
• Reporting concealed damage promptly

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
